NYC fashions spark student designs on campus

By: Tatyana Woodall

Inspired by his visit to the city streets of New York last winter, fourth-year communication and marketing major, Wedly Cazy was motivated to illustrate multiple high fashion street-wear designs.

“If the pandemic has given us a renewed sense of perspective on fashion’s relentless pace, it’s a voracious desire for newness,” Cazy, who minors in retail immersion says. “As the countless ‘lockdown looks’ posted on social media in the last few months attest, wearing good clothes can lift the spirits immeasurably. While many brands were forced to stall production on their autumn/winter 2020 collections.”

By sharing his designs with us, Cazy presents the W€Z¥ FW’20 collection:

This holiday let the freezing weather reign while you rock coats/blazers. These outerwear are a classic and understated option for the colder months but remains on-trend this season. Style it with a pair of slimline trousers or a long skirt. Wide Leg Trousers Tucked into Boot.

These look's are your go-to for all the latest trends, no matter who you are, where you're from and what you're up to. Exclusive to W€Z¥, our local brand is here for you, and comes in all our fit ranges: W€Z¥ Curve, Tall, Petite and Maternity.

Created by Wed, styled by you.
